Position Overview The Account Manager responsibilities includedeveloping longterm relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients.
Accounts managerswill liaise between clients and crossfunctional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
Work from home is available after initial training period.
Primary Responsibilities Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives Deliver clientfocused solutions and problemsolving proficiency Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed Attributes Necessary for Success Preferred one year or more in the mortgage industry Speak write clearly understandably and with a purpose.
