We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the longterm success of our clients.

Position Overview The Account Manager responsibilities includedeveloping longterm relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients.
Accounts managerswill liaise between clients and crossfunctional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
Work from home is available after initial training period.
Primary Responsibilities Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives Deliver clientfocused solutions and problemsolving proficiency Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed Attributes Necessary for Success Preferred one year or more in the mortgage industry Speak write clearly understandably and with a purpose.

Creative innovative approach with demonstrated ability to develop new ideas.
Excellent followup and followthrough work ethic.
Effectively communicates with different personality styles.
High Energy and outgoing personality Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Compensation Total Compensation salary a generous monthly bonus program.
Monthly bonus program based on client orders completed.
Average with Base and salary Addiotnal bonus available for bringing in new accounts.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
