Quick Apply 2 hours ago Full Job Description We have an immediate need for a Customer Service Rep/Receptionist to work in our retail Pool and Spa showroom.
Business hours are 9:
30am-5:
30pm.
You will be required to work some Saturdays (1-2/per month), but we offer a day off during the week to offset the Saturday.
Overtime is available, but not mandatory.
The primary role will be to help create an exceptional experience for the clients from the moment they first connect with us.
As such, excellent communication, organization, and time management skills are a must.
The specific responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep/Receptionist are detailed below and will include, but are not limited to:
Answering all calls and fielding them to the appropriate team member.
Greeting guests as they enter the showroom and help them connect with the right person.
Following up with customer questions and ensuring timely responses are given.
Keeping the showroom clean and shelves stocked.
Assisting retail customers that come into the showroom with purchases.
Working with the delivery team and communicating with the customer on upcoming delivery and post-delivery items.
Helping the service team with scheduling incoming appointments (as needed).
Assisting the service team with parts orders (as needed).
Covering the showroom as the salesperson when the Sales Representative is out or is assisting other customers (opportunity to earn commissions).
Registering spas for warranty.
Helping to oversee receipt and verification of incoming shipments.
Maintaining inventory database when orders are fulfilled.
Assisting the Store Manager with projects as needed.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities:
Excellent Customer Service abilities.
Organized with attention to detail.
Ability to successfully manage customer relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow up with customers.
Ability to work in high-stress situations.
Ability to multitask and pivot to different job tasks as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing throughout the showroom.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
