The ideal candidate will have experience in digital print machine operations, such as DTG and DTF, as well as some familiarity with screen printing.
Duties:
- Operate digital apparel printing machines to print on a variety of different apparel fabrics - Remove product from the printer and put it through oven curation - Creatively problem-solve and troubleshoot problems as they arise - Maintain open, direct, and professional communication with all staff members - Must be able to help in all other aspects of business (ie:
packaging product/order fulfillment/etc) - Reclaim screens for print team and coat them - Burn new designs to prepped screens and tape off in preparation for print production - Other duties as assigned Skills:
Punctual Basic computer skills Be a self-starter and stay on task Attention to detail Be a self-starter and stay on task and juggle priorities Team Player who is dependable and organized Takes initiative and responsibility for work Ability to adapt and thrive in chaos and stress Works well alone and with others Maintain a clean and orderly work environment Be Happy and have a great attitude Ability to work hard Lift requirement up to 50Lbs.
Communicate in English Must be able to stand for 8 hour shift
