Job DescriptionFidelity Investments is looking for top Robotic Process Automation (RPA) engineer talent that can, via skilled development, provide technical expertise to support customers throughout Fidelity, promoting the benefits of RPA to continue an enterprise-wide digital transformation.
This role, as a member of the RPA Center of Excellence, (CoE) will play a key part in supporting the RPA Community, developing solutions to business problems that may incorporate multiple automation solutions whilst maintaining a stable platform.
This position is based in Salt Lake City.
The TeamThe RPA CoE defines the best way to design, implement, and support RPA solutions while building a collaborative RPA community.
The team also supports the RPA infrastructure, ensuring risk, compliance, and audit controls are in place.
The team is a core function of the Advanced Process Solution (APS) business group, which is passionate about technological tools for Fidelity's critical business processes and driving significant improvements in those processes - both local to individual businesses and cross-enterprise.
The Expertise You Have Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical subject area.
12 years of experience in the IT industry with 4
years' experience in the design, configuration, testing, and support of RPA projects - ideally on the Blue Prism application.
Experience in working with customers to define and deliver successful projects and implementations of software.
An appreciation of Fidelity applications and the technologies they use.
Experience in development languages such as.
NET and C# are an advantage.
Understanding of Project Management methodologies preferred.
Blue Prism certification is an added advantage.
The Skills You BringTechnical Capability Investigate alternative RPA design solutions and conduct proof of concepts Identify and implement RPA solutions that improve efficiency and re-use Resolve issues that arise in day to day RPA program management and provide timely responses Strong ability to learn new tools, applications, and systems Relationship Management Support internal customers who are investigating RPA opportunities and solutions Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to build and deliver community events Critical Thinking Assist businesses with RPA opportunity assessments to identify and prioritize processes that are potential candidates for automation Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing new concepts Evaluate RPA solutions on the market and keep up to date with current RPA trends to deliver the best RPA solutions and experience to Fidelity associates Excellent Teammate Ability to work multi-functionally as well as independently, contributing to multiple projects, stories, and goals Experience in different Agile / Scrum methodologies The Value You Deliver You will work with RPA developers across Fidelity to understand and assist with the development of their automated solution design, ensuring they implement a solution that meets RPA CoE's technical requirements You will act as a central point of knowledge and control for automation capabilities and investigate and answer RPA developer questions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
