We are looking for someone who can work Mon - Friday mornings 8:
30am to 1:
00 pm.
If more hours are needed please reach out as we are flexible, but ideal candidate is someone with experience looking to work mornings and have the afternoons off.
Responsibilities Greet patients, take copayments, schedule patients for appointments and as well as follow up with patients who miss appointments.
Verify patient insurance information.
Answer phones to schedule appointments and direct patient questions, as well as other various tasks to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications Well organized and a detail-oriented person.
Excellent customer service skills, ability to work quickly and efficiently with little oversight.
Ability to prioritize and manage a workload/multi-task.
Experience in a medical setting with previous understanding of patient privacy is helpful but not necessary.
Love to help teach and train people excited and wanting to start a career in healthcare.
Experience in dealing with Medical Insurance and Verification of Benefits a plus but not required.
