As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces.
This is a hands-on position that requires experience in groundskeeping and a strong work ethic.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns - Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees - Operate power tools and hand tools to complete various landscaping tasks - Clean and maintain outdoor walkways, parking lots, and common areas - Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs - Remove debris and ensure proper disposal - Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects - Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment EXPERIENCE - Proven experience in groundskeeping/landscape maintenance or a related field - Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices - Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools - Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively If you are passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and have the necessary experience, we encourage you to apply for this position.
