Warranty Manager
Job Description
We are looking for driven, self motivated individuals to work with us on our team. This individual will be responsible for day to day communication with homeowners and sub-contractors, completing warranty and walkthrough punchlist items. They will also assist the superintendent in scheduling, jobsite safety and cleanliness and managing sub- contractors.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for keeping detailed record of appointments with clients and sub-contractors. You will be performing final walkthrough's with our clients an completing their punchlists in a timely manner. You will assist the superintendent with jobsite cleanliness, safety and sub-contractor management.
Qualifications
Must be friendly and have a good attitude
must be able to multi task
Must have knowledge in residential construction
at least 1 year of residential construction experience required
must be able to lift 50 lbs
must be able to manage time effectively
knowledge in Microsoft word and excelEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
