Responsibilities
Requirements:
High School education or equivalent.
Apartment management and/or sales experience preferred but not required
Maintains a detailed knowledge of the apartment community, amenities and surrounding neighborhood.
Handles all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the sale, processing applications in a timely manner, preparing leases, following up with prospects
Friendly
Energetic
Great people skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent phone and in person skills
Motivated and hard-working
High energy
