Personal assistant/Office manager
Job Description
Looking for a personal assistant who is a quick learner, very organized and able to take direction and work with minimal supervision at times. Must love dogs as we have 3! Must be knowledgeable of computer programs word/excel, CLEAN driving record, confident phone skills and be flexible with hours. Medical billing a plus but not required. You will be responsible for weekly billing, daily schedules for drivers, dispatching and keeping cars and drivers organized and maintained in what is needed. Hours vary M-F depending on what we have going for the week, typically 30-35 hours a week. Start @ $11 pay neg DOE. Contact Melissa to set up interview.
