T-Shirt Graphics Designer

Do you love all things fashion? Are you super creative and always on trend? This position is just for you! We are an online company with a well established customer base looking to expand in our graphic tee department.
We are looking for someone who is always one step ahead and whose creative mind can flow easily into production. We are looking for a creative graphic artist to join our in-house design team. The position requires an individual with a strong understanding of current market trends, and illustration and graphic design skills for various garment applications. The position will work closely with all members of our staff.
Responsibilities
- Create t-shirt graphics for customers and prepare the designs for print
- Create and maintain custom product, troubleshoot and problem solve to ensure efficiency
- Create web graphics and maintain website as needed
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of screen printing, including experience in designing t-shirt graphics and color separation is a total bonus!
- Demonstrated ability to design for web and print
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly understand and navigate
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Flexible to assume other duties as needed with our growing company
- Proficient in design software, Photoshop, etc
- Portfolio submission of related graphics workEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
