Sleeping Arrangements: Queen Size Murphy bed (shown in photos attached) that easily stores up during the day so you can access the sofa. Twin Size bed (the table converts into this bed) Twin Size bed (above the table bed) ladder to access this bed is in the trailer. Bathroom: Bathtub Shower Porcelain Toilet Cabinets for Storage Sink/Mirror Hanging storage for all your bathroom needs you will want available to you. Pricing Per Night: The per night rate is $125.00 which includes everything listed above. If rented over a Holiday weekend the per night rate is $140.00 and has a 3 night minimum. There is a 2 night minimum to rent my trailer Delivery of trailer could be available depending on miles from the location of my trailer (Herriman, Utah). This would be an additional $50.00 charge. Pick up and drop off is very flexible. This rental requires a cash deposit of $250.00 that's fully refundable upon drop off and inspection with the owner (me). There will be a rental agreement completed and signed with the renter and owner (me) when rented, no exceptions. You must provide proof of a valid drivers license, and insurance, to rent this trailer. Copies of both will be taken by the owner and added to the rental agreement file for reference.
