Do your little ones need some more practice socializing in a safe and fun environment? Do they love climbing, crawling, stretching, flipping and rolling? Yes! Join our new IN PERSON community as we stretch, strengthen and recover muscles forming long and strong bodies playing games with the kids! At Gorilla Flexibility we combine science with experience to create a playful and results driven company. We master SPLITS, HANDSTANDS, BACKBENDS, FLIPS and more!! We teach a value of the month, for example, "Respect" and encourage healthy, stress free lifestyle. This helps prepare the children's minds and bodies so they can be more successful in school and other extra curricular activites! We specialize in special needs kids including ODD, ADD, ADHD, SOCIAL ANXIETY, SENSORY PROCESSING DISORDER and more! Ashlyn has kids with all of these and has seem amazing results using the Gorilla Tree and Gorilla Bar as tools to releasing anger, stress, and building confidence in her children's abilities. Classes start Moday MARCH 14th! Hours will be mornings from 9-11:30 Monday- Thursdays. Check out our videos, packages, details at gorillaflexibility.com ABOUT US Coach Ashlyn and her husband Eric are parents of 4! Ashlyn started dancing at age 5 and was a Baby Doll in the Nutcracker. She danced all growing up, along with playing sports and becoming a musican. She completed 3 years of an Elementary Education Degree, completed an Interior Design Certification, has created 2 world wide health food apps, has worked in 5 daycares, worked in pre-school, owned her own daycare, and owned her own children's singing company. Ashlyn has worked as a health and nutrition coach on and off for the past 9 years and succesfully helped not only herself but her clients lose weight, gain muscle and build confidence. Ashlyn and her husband currently serve in their church teaching the 8 year olds. Ashlyn is a blue belt in karate with her two sons and her daughters are orange belts. Ashlyn and Eric have reciently opened their online courses and offer teen and adult splits training along with much more to come. In person training packages are available for 1 or 2 classes a week at 30 mins per session. Classes are taught twice a day two days in a row so if you need to change times for a child's nap, or sickness it's easy to pop in another day to make it up. For children needing Mom close by, we have Mommy and Me classes. For independent preschool age we have small classes to help them practice being away from Mommy and Daddy. We offer 3 month contracts. SOO much fun and bonding time with your little one or letting them step out on their own!
